Menu and Food Presentation

Description of Task:

You will create a menu that your restaurant would use. You will also prepare one of the Manitoba or Canadian themed meals off your menu and present it to the Robert Andrews Dragon’s Den panel to sample/taste and assess.

Criteria for This Task:

1. Design and create a physical menu for The Dragon's Den panel to look at and assess. It MUST have:
A) Your restaurant's logo on it
B) A short summary write up about your restaurant
C) Itemized sections- Appetizers, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert, Drinks.
D) Price of items
E) Information inside the menu must be typed.

2. Create a meal that is tasty, colourful and representative to Manitoba or Canadian culture. Prepare the meal and have it ready to serve to the panel on either June 11 or Juner 12.
